Hospitality Team

This ministry is vital to our church culture! From welcoming guests, helping people find a seat, or assisting them in navigating our campus. This ministry is enriching and a great way to meet others!

Prayer Team

The Prayer Team provides intentional intercessory prayer for our congregation and
community; prayer over specific prayer requests submitted to the church; serve at the
altar as and when necessary.

Security Team

This ministry maintains a safe environment throughout the church campus, both on
outside and inside the buildings

Worship & Production

The Liberty Square Worship department desires to create an encounter with the presence of God through the gifts and talents that we have been given. Jesus is our message, excellence is our standard, and passion is our response.

Bartow And Beyond

Liberty Square wholeheartedly believes in the commission that Jesus gave his apostles
and the entire church – ‘Therefore go and make disciples of all nations … teaching them to
obey everything I have commanded you” (Matthew ’28:19-20). We do so by spreading the
Good News of the Gospel. And we also do so by showing Christ’s love to those in need.
We seek to minister both to the spiritual and the temporal needs of people.
And we do so both here in Bartow County and beyond.

Local Missions

Babes in Christ Corp

Babes in Christ Corp youth ministry is to build a firm and lasting foundation of faith within our youth and to equip them to share their faith through their words and deeds. We are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for every child while offering guidance and mentorship.

Backpack Buddies

We provide food to children in our community who qualify for free and reduced lunches. We collect and organize non-perishable food that can be placed in a child's backpack before he or she goes home. Service opportunity: Collecting, organizing, and preparing food for distribution in backpacks; delivering to the schools.

A local ministry centered in the heart of Cartersville, Bartow Family Resources offers emotional support and community resources to women and families in crisis, as well as pregnancy, parenting, & relationship education.

FCA Bartow

FCA Bartow is the local chapter serving Bartow County, Georgia, aligned with FCA’s national vision of transforming lives through the influence of coaches and athletes. Our vision is clear: “To see the world transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes.

Four Winds Ministry Center (Montana)

The mission of Montana Native American Ministries is to offer a higher purpose for living and equip lives by giving hope and an expected end through Jesus Christ. We will strive in the power of the Holy Spirit to provide a place of shelter, of healing, and safety to any and all the Lord brings into our path. We will minister with purpose and intent: constantly keeping our eyes on the time, seeking the lost before it is too late. We will strive to nurture the value that each and every individual has and to seek potential over problems, hearts of appearances, and relational bridges void of religious walls.

Good Neighbor Homeless Shelter

At Good Neighbor Homeless Shelter, we believe everyone deserves a safe place to call home. Serving Cartersville and the surrounding community, we provide emergency shelter, street outreach, and transitional housing to more than 400 men, women, and children each year—all at no cost to our guests. But we do more than offer a bed for the night. We walk alongside individuals and families as they take steps toward stability and independence.

Harvest House Food Pantry

As Jesus commanded us, we feed the hungry in our community. Every Thursday, the Harvest House opens for those in our community who need fresh, nutritious food. Food is donated by a variety of sources, picked up during the week, sorted and packed by our volunteers, and then distributed. Service Opportunity: Collect, sort and package, and/or distribute food; pray over those who receive food. Distribution: Thursdays 8:00am-1:00pm

Joy Writers' Prison Ministry

Jesus said, "I was in prison, and you came to visit me" (Matthew 25:36). Though we cannot physically visit most inmates, our church carries on a Christian correspondence, sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the encouragement of a life in Christ with those in prison. This ministry consists of writing and answering letters to men and women currently incarcerated across the United States. Service Opportunity: write and respond to prisoners.

LS Cares

L|S Cares is a ministry dedicated to supporting nursing staff and first responders in Bartow County. We provide care packages and refreshments to those on the front lines of health care in our community. Service Opportunity: Fill the care packages, replenish previously delivered baskets, deliver the gifts, and pray with nursing staff and first responders.

Mountain Top Boys Home & Foster Care

Mountain Top is a boys' home and foster care center located on 350 acres of land near the Chattahoochee National Forest. The mission of Mountain Top Boys Home is to help young boys prepare to take an ethical and responsible citizenship role in their communities. Learn more about our mission, history, and staff.
